This is the monthly transparency report for August 2019. OVPN had zero unplanned service interruption and four planned service interruption during the month of August.

Summary

Throughout the month of August, our VPN servers had an uptime of over 99.5%. In total, the OVPN servers encrypted and anonymized 4434.3 TB of data.

During the month of August, we received 1538 requests.

Since we are a no-log VPN, we have never given out any such information.

VPN servers in Toronto, Canada

Our data center in Toronto has a maximum capacity of 1 Gbit/s. During the month of August, the traffic load amounted to 74 Mbit/s on average.

The highest traffic spike was 380 Mbit/s, which represents 38% of the maximum capacity. The 95th percentile landed on 160.4 Mbit/s, meaning that 95% of the time, the traffic load was below 16% of the maximum capacity.

In total, 23.8 TB of data was encrypted and anonymized by the VPN servers in Toronto.

VPN servers in Zurich, Switzerland
