Unfortunately SQL01 & WEB02 had a temporary disruption between 23:14 and 23:24 Swedish time.
The disruption resulted in all customers getting disconnected. We're in the process of investigating why it occurred.

SQL02 did not take over when SQL01 went down, which would have prevented everyone from getting disconnected. We're also investigating why SQL02 did not take over, and correct the issue.
