This is the monthly transparency report for November 2017. OVPN had one unplanned service interruption and one planned service interruption during the month of November.

Summary

Throughout the month of November, our VPN servers had an uptime of over 99.5%. In total, the OVPN servers encrypted and anonymized 2559.4 TB.

During the month of November, we did not receive any requests from authorities. To date, we have never given out any customer data to third parties.

Our data center in Malmö has a maximum capacity of 10 Gbit/s. During the month of November, the traffic load amounted to 1650 Mbit/s on average.

The highest traffic spike was 7920 Mbit/s, which represents 79.2% of the maximum capacity. The 95th percentile landed on 2900 Mbit/s, meaning that 95% of the time, the traffic load was below 29.0% of the maximum capacity.

In total, 537.5 TB of data was encrypted and anonymized by the VPN servers in Malmö.

The Malmö data center had an uptime of over 99.5% during the month of November.
