Windows: My Internet connection doesn’t work after using the OVPN-client

Sometimes, the killswitch isn’t shut down correctly when the client is shut down. This is a bug that we are working to solve as soon as possible. If you can’t connect to the Internet after closing the client, it usually means your killswitch is still activated.

  1. Try resetting your firewall to default setting by following Reset kill-switch.

  2. Also make sure you are using OVPN's DNS servers. You can find a guide of how to change your DNS servers to OVPN on our blog.
