What is your refund policy?
If you are unable to connect or are experiencing any other issues, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
We have a 10 day refund-policy. Money will be returned using the same payment method used for the purchase with the same currency used at the time of purchase, regardless of currency fluctuation.
We can not issue refunds for cash payments over postal services, nor wire it to a bank account. If you want a refund for an account purchased with cash, you will need to stop by our office for a refund.
