Swish: Issue with incorrect amount

This error message looks something like: "You paid X SEK but was supposed to pay Z SEK." This usually only occurs when buying add-ons.

If you get this error message, try the following:

  1. Reload the payment page.
  2. Choose the subscription time: 1, 6 or 12 months.
  3. Choose the add-ons you wish to order.
  4. Click the Swish button to choose it as a payment method.
  5. Wait for about 10 seconds.
  6. Make sure the description text is correct and states all add-ons you wish to order, for example: "You’ve chosen a 1-month subscription and the Proxy, Multihop and Filtration add-on, which sums up to 139 SEK with VAT included of 27.8 SEK."
  7. Enter your phone number and click "Verify payment."

If you still get the error message, we can verify your payment manually. If so, please contact us and state the following information:

  1. Generate a one-time code on your Dashboard.
  2. Your phone number.
  3. Reference number from the transaction, which you can find in the Swish app.
